Jonathan Holt

Jonathan is attempting to be professional photographer and is desperately trying to make his fortune so he can "retire" & pursue his passion for artistic self-expression full-time. Unfortunately, his wife tells him that he just isn't that good. So, in his spare time he is slowly fine-tuning his skills, spending countless hours chasing golden-hour light, purchasing much too expensive camera gear, day-dreaming as the light passes perfectly through the window reflecting shadows upon the ceiling and awkwardly asking strangers to take their photo. He also owns an obligatory red settee that his entire family have been tortoured with while he fiddles with his camera settings. Having studied countless hours under direction of Fred Dusel, III and being exposed to second-hand cigar smoke, he has finally perfected the art of Carbon Printing... well, enough to be willing to be exposed to potentially carcinogenic chemicals to give it a go. He also enjoys annoying his family by not hiring a "real" photographer for family functions and insists on doing all of the photography himself. As a result, he is hardly in any of the shots. Enjoy!
